Portable diagnostic system for rapid identification of pathogenic microorganisms and testing their sensitivity to antimicrobial agents

The project aims to develop and produce an automated widely available portable tool for rapidly identifying infections and testing their resistance to antimicrobial agents, including in peripheral laboratories and clinics. The test results will make it possible to choose the right treatment tactics based on the use of an effective drug with minimal toxic detriment to the patient, which will significantly improve the quality of treatment of infectious diseases and reduce the number of chronic diseases, disabilities and death of patients.
