Method for increasing the efficiency of LEDs

It has been possible to develop the world’s first technology to improve the efficiency of LEDs using the wave properties of light. The design and technology developed for manufacturing the connecting layer ensures:

- effective transmission through optical radiation from semiconductor to optical element;

- compensation of the difference in temperature expansion coefficients of the LED semiconductor and optical element;

- increase in the output of infrared LED radiation by 30-40% (and this is not the final result) without reducing their service life and without additional energy consumption.
