Laboratory for studying new methods for diagnosing and treating cancer patients based on post-genomic technologies

This laboratory can be used for:

- creating a new type of diagnostics using proteomic-metabolomial and transcriptomic data for mapping the biological fluids and tumor tissue of cancer patients;

- identifying proteomic targets based on a comparative analysis of reference proteoforms of the secretome and proteome of normal and tumor stem cells (NSCs);

- developing molecular-targeted antitumor therapy aimed at destroying the descendants of tumor stem cells and at reprogramming the tumor stem cells themselves to reduce their tumorogenic potential.
