The active ingredient in prophylactic complex food products is a preparation of potassium salts of Himatomelanic acids of peat. Application of the given preparation promotes:
- strengthening of the body’s nonspecific resistance;
- slowing down of aging processes (due to antioxidant properties);
- an increase in the body’s resistance to various stressors;
- improvement of the condition of the cardiovascular system (by means of strengthening the blood vessels walls, preventive maintenance of atherosclerosis and its consequences - heart attacks and strokes); prevention and treatment of varicose veins and thrombophlebitis, improvement of microcirculation of blood in organs and tissues;
