Manufacture of integrated circuits (of micron dimensions) for various purposes:

- for removing and processing silicon photomultiplier matrix signals;

- for monitoring parameters and controlling new jet engines in Russian fifth-generation fighter aircraft;

- for creating submicron VC-blocks with a 128-channel system on a crystal that reads the electronics of the experiment’s energy distribution detector complexes (works at high loads in a gaseous medium).
