1. Reduce the sale of private cars with internal combustion engines by 50%.
2. Introduce new standards:

• to reduce engine fuel consumption for 100 km 2-fold compared with current consumption;
• to ensure that cars are more than 2 meters in length;
• to prohibit the sale of cars to persons who do not own a parking space.

3. Develop corporate and public transport categories.

Reason:

a) greenhouse gas emissions: 6 billion tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year;
b) deterioration of living conditions due to the creation of ubiquitous parking areas;
c) noise pollution;
d) light pollution.
